Meet our Director/Leadership Facilitator -- Nancy White
A leader in communication excellence, Nancy White has been facilitating Leadership Honors Bootcamp for several years. Leveraging her 20-year career of senior leadership and marketing roles, in 2004 Nancy founded her own company, Workshop AZ, which specializes in the art of intentional leadership and group dynamics. She runs professional retreats for company teams and executive committees, teaches “leadership with intention” and coaches executives.
Rod Napier, originator of the Bootcamp’s curriculum, says “In my 30 years as a management consultant and author on topics of applied leadership, Nancy White stands out as singularly the most effective manager of people I have ever known. White holds a Masters in Positive Organization Development and Change, a Certificate in Developing Leadership through Emotional Intelligence, and a Certificate in Positive Business and Society Change from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. White also is adjunct faculty at Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies and instructs on team building and intentional leadership.
Meet the Chair of our Advisory Board -- Carolyn W. Jackson
Ms. Jackson is nationally recognized for her expertise in experiential education, association membership, campaign management, congressional office operations and public relations consulting. Carolyn holds credentials in the field of education. She has applied her skills and knowledge to professional positions in the public, private and association arenas.
Ms. Jackson's personal professional mission is to "guide young professionals to develop skills for success with a focus on processto get results."
