This is not a cookie-cutter program. It's tailored for high-potential college students who are leaders in their schools and communities. It's about:
  • Getting out of your comfort zone.
  • Building confidence.
  • Learning how to lead effectively.
  • Going inward to discover who you are and what's important to you.
  • Figuring out how you will contribute to the world.
The curriculum was developed by Rod Napier, a former Wharton School Fellow and one of America's most renowned names in executive coaching. This intensive 5-day program has been happening yearly since 2004.
